ESMO Congress – Madrid 2026
Flagship European medical oncology congress, presenting practice changing trial data, guideline updates and education across all tumour types; aimed at oncologists, trainees, researchers and the wider multidisciplinary cancer team.

29th BOPA Annual Conference
National British Oncology Pharmacy Association meeting bringing together oncology pharmacists and the wider MDT to share clinical practice, service innovation and research in cancer pharmacy.

UK Breast Cancer Clinical Studies Group – Early Career Researcher Membership
Opportunity to join a national multidisciplinary leadership group shaping the UK breast cancer clinical trials portfolio and collaborating with key national and international stakeholders. more information about the group
Inviting applications from early career researchers (oncology, surgery, pathology, radiology, AHPs, CTU/methodology, qualitative research) for a mentored 1 year role (extendable to 3 years) working on active research workstreams.

CTRAD Executive Committee role
The UK Clinical and Translational Radiotherapy Research Working Group (CTRad) (now hosted by Macmillan and are a UK3CR CRG) are looking for two early career researchers (ECR) to serve in lead positions within the CTRAD executive committee
Both Clinical Oncologists (including trainees) and radiographers are encouraged to apply

UK Skin Cancer Clinical Trials Group
The NCRI Skin Group published its strategic priorities for skin cancer clinical research across the UK in June 2023 and began recruiting to working groups to address these pressing challenges.

The BROOM Study: British Retrospective analysis of the Outcomes in OligoMetastatic Breast cancer (OMBC) treated with Stereotactic radiotherapy (SABR)
The BROOM study aims to define the real‑world survival impact of SABR in oligometastatic breast cancer in the era of modern systemic therapies
This study is being conducted in collaboration with The National Oncology Trainee Collaborative for Healthcare Research (NOTCH)
